"Maddelyn, Maddelyn!" Lilly's voice yelled through the hollow halls of the royal castle. Her feet picking themselves up at a fastened pace as she ran. Maddelyn, was in fact just walking fast. "Will you wait up a dang moment and talk to me-!"
She was stopped, Maddelyn turned around, her eyes faced the towering military giant. This stare, though, was enough to burn down mountains. "What would you even WANT?!" Her bark was worse than her bite in this case. In the fact that it stung like a cold reminder. "You had your fun with me, you toyed with my heart, and now you want to hurt Doublin?! You are a SICK and TWISTED person, Lilly. There is no way in HELL that I'm going to give you that second chance. You have betrayed my trust, and ultimately, our friendship." Maddelyn scoffed and turned away, walking off.
"But Maddi-" She tried to call out, yet, it was no use. Maddelyn had left, like a raging storm ready to leave for a new town, or a new city. It was useless now.
Penny, on the other hand, was hanging out in the local kingdom's graveyard. On the outskirts of the main city, before lands and lands of broken earth, followed by ruined villages. Watching the local villagers who wish to fight as heroes, train on the undead. Though, she had a different composure to what she had back in the royal library, her hands stayed behind her back, grabbed together as her eyes observed.
Next to her, though, was one of the four guardians. Nick. He was leaning forward on his shovel, watching along with Penny. Looking more relaxed out of the two. He was in charge of undead affairs in the kingdom. And as such, it's his duty to watch everything throw down. On occasion, a few villagers will often get overwhelmed, that's when Nick steps in to break it all up. Mostly the undead end up in pieces.
"See anyone you like?" Nick looked over, he was around the same height as Penny.
"Pardon me?" Penny replied, returning the stare. The ambiance of people fighting the undead filled what silence there was between the two.
"See anyone you like." He repeated himself, mellow in tone, yet not as a question.
"I was asking what you meant by the question, not for you to repeat yourself Nick." She had to rephrase herself too, unfortunately.
"You serious?" He laughs, standing back up, now visibly taller. "You can't be a Queen without a King. An Usurper, maybe, but I don't think you're that mean."
"Marry one of these villagers?" Penny's eyes followed his head as he stood up straight, yet disgust filled both tone and look.
"Yeah. It's not like you have a chance with anyone else. These people idolize you, and would give their entire soul just to be with you for more than a minute."
"As such with a Queen of my stature."
"Which means you should have someone who can help equally share that love. You can't just expect us to help you with all your problems."
"I don't expect you to. I demand you to."
"That's a tad harsh, Penny."
She didn't reply, merely looking back to the villagers fighting. A candidate for marriage? Such an obtuse idea. To whom would even be a worthy candidate? None of these, that is for sure. "I'm going to join them. I've grown bored." Penny lifted a hand up to signal to Nick, followed by grabbing onto her hood.
"Really? All right then..." He did not protest, and tapped on the ground a few times, as Penny began to walk in.
As she stepped forward, she began to speak unknown words, taking off her hood as the long brunette hair that kept itself away flowed out. Her hands came down as they started to glow, before moving out in-front of her. As they continue to glow, what appears to be a rod of light manifests itself. The villagers who are not currently participating in any fighting at that moment, looked in shock and awe at what was unfolding.
With a twirl, the rod had formed itself into a two sided hand axe, Penny looked onward to the undead who rose before her. Only the strategic mind of a Queen would be used upon this battlefield.
The Undead that rose were tall and strong, warriors of a forgotten time that still stood against the challenge of fate. These were, in the truthful sense of the word, the hardest undead to beat here. But that did not stop her from staring them down. She was smaller than them, as giant behemoths they were.
Observation, location, targeting. These were the three traits any warrior must learn in order to finish their foes quickly. For these giant behemoths, their weakness was the back of their knees, and of course this is where Penny dashed to first. She had fought these enemies time and time again, they were the only challenge she could find outside of the Villager's 'Fight Club.'
Jumping, she spun to deliver three blows to the back of one knee, this caused the behemoth to fall down with a grunt. But, while she possesses these mental talents, so do these mighty warriors. As Penny would use her small stature to jump and run around the behemoth she had decided on focusing on, she was grabbed by another.
With no words, Penny let out a mighty storm of lightning, shocking the behemoths hand and forcing it to drop her. As she hit the ground, her balance was lost. Forced to stumble, she used what strength her legs had still and jumped into the air. Her hand axe had extended into a larger battle axe whilst she was jumping back. As she came towards the ground, the axe was spun into the ground, as she held onto the wooden frame of it's hilt, her strength was enough to push the earth beneath her. As she dragged it towards herself, she let out a battle cry. One so fierce that even those in the kingdom's main city's inner streets could hear. The earth finally moved, and her strength built up a magical momentum, forcing her into a spin towards the behemoth that grabbed her.
With the battle cry ringing within their ears, the axe grew even larger, before colliding with the behemoth's head. A clean split. As soon as the axe cut through the behemoth and deep into the ground, the cry of the same mighty behemoth became even louder than the cry Penny had given out. And with such a cry, came a downpour of blackened blood. The behemoth was too dead to have warmth in their veins, thus resulting in a blackened cold blood. The axe had shrunken back down to it's hand axe size, as Penny looked towards the other behemoth, the cold blood raining down on the two, locked in a battle that could result in death for the both of them.
Penny wound herself up. She was ready to rush in at the first sign of the behemoth's next attack. And, just as she predicted, it's foot came up to try and stomp on her. Penny rushed forward, into the danger that looms above her. Jumping, her axe became a nice hook as she stabbed into the foot of the behemoth from below. Using this, she swung up with her feet, stepped on the under foot, then brought her hand axe out and begun a quick climb. She didn't have very long until the foot came down to the ground. Not very long until she was forced into the ground. But despite all odds, she was invigorated. She felt alive, awake, happy. This is what she wanted.
But as she was nearing the side of the foot, what heard like a fast and deadly punch being delivered, sounded off. And with that, a screaming and falling Behemoth. Luckily for Penny, the behemoth was falling to the opposite side of where she was. She ripped her axe out of it's foot and jumped back down to the ground, looking around for the source of the interruption.
But, would you believe a source, if it looked like yourself?
Penny was taken aback when she saw a floating person, yet it looked nothing like a mage. It had long flowing brunette hair, black skin-tight sport shorts, and a baggy sleeve-less t-shirt. They were also holding what looked like a giant wrench. "Who are you?!" Penny screamed out as loud as she can. Though most of her energy is drained from the fighting, she caught the attention of this mysterious person. "Come down here, and I'll teach you a lesson in interrupting someone's fight!"
The floating person lowered themselves fast, colliding with the ground, yet still standing upright. Their impact was fast enough to break the earth beneath them, sending up puddles of cold black blood. This gave Penny a closer look at her fighter. Initial shock, as a face she's known for a long while, was worn on this fighter's face. "Wh-who..." She dropped her axe, maybe overreacting to the current events. To seeing someone with a face that looks exactly like her own.
"Where is father?" The fighter spoke. Though it is hard to recognize your own voice through your own ears, she spoke with a slight hint of robotic noise.

Whi'ker Chronicles Chapter 1
"Uggh!" The tiny girl let out, arching back before slamming her head down onto the table, giving off a thump. "I'm bored!" She equally as loudly said. Only receiving a notion of quieting down, from another person sitting at the same table. The girl lazily turned her head over to look at the other, groaning again. "You can't control me, I'm the fucking queen." She snarkly replied.
"Even a queen needst be quiet in a library." The other returned, yet in a much more quiet tone. "You've been the Queen for a long time, Penny. But you still have yet to learn proper etiquette?"
"Etiquette shmettiquette." The tiny girl, Penny, lifted up her right hand to wave around. "The only thing I need to learn is how to fight." Bringing the same hand down to her face, she clicked her fingers, summoning a small string of electricity between her pointer finger and thumb. "And how to control this magic..."
"Oh, you act too much like Lilly. Have you two been sneaking out at night again?" Now, you'd say it was obvious that they were two different hieghts, but that was because one was sitting up straight and the other was slumped over the table.
"Maybe." Penny lazily replies. "What's it to you, huh? All you're gonna do is just give us some huge lecture about how it's unladylike for a Queen to go out and beat up a couple hundred citizens in the underground fight ring."
"That's because it IS unladylike!" Despite whispering, she finds it in her to somehow raise her tone. Like doing one of those 'the crowd goes wild' whisper screams. "And lower your tone, this is very immature of you!"
"Nah." Penny closes her right hand, then uses the other hand to help her into sitting up, to which she proceeded to get up on the chair, slamming a foot down on the table. And, her next actions? She just screams.
Now, normally it wouldn't be that bad to see someone get up onto their chair, with a foot on the table and start screaming in a library. If they were a child. Now, Penny was 5'6, yet at the age of 18. Her whole life was something you wouldn't expect from a Queen in such a power. Yet, among her loyal followers she is called the "Queen of Regret."
When she was growing up, she lived in a far off future, in a place that could only be described as 'chaotic' and 'filthy.' And when 'far off future' was mentioned, it was meant. Her only hope in this dark and cruel future, was her brother. Adrian Afridaniel Whi'ker. Who was the eldest of the duo.
They lived for each other, like two lovers bonded by fate. Though, apart from the two was a squirrel named Pachi. It was the pet of their late mother.
But how did they time travel, you ask? Adrian knew magic, and apart of this was advanced black magic. He sacrificed their late mother's pet, in order to have time to see her again. Though, it would have been more time than they thought.
Though Penny lived in such an apocalyptic world, she struggled in the modern society. Being a young girl in ragged clothing, she only had her brother to hold at night. And vice versa. Her brother would constantly be on watch to protect Penny, even going as far as putting his life in danger just to ward off danger.
Though they had finally met their mother in the past, it became short lived. Penny had joined a group of 'Dimensional Hoppers' that all had one goal in mind. To bring the entirety of the universe to peace. Though, by the time she had joined, her attitude changed. She was older, at the age of 15, and wanted to make sure everyone found peace. Even if that meant taking an axe and splitting a few heads.
At this point, too, she wore a magical robe conjured up by her brother. It protected her from a single hit, before disappearing. Though, under this she wore two more layers of protective clothing. No one has seen past her chainmail onesie.
The group she had joined, changed her attitude further. She became more violent as time went on. She had completed more missions, some in the privacy of her and her target's eyes. Just to find the "peace" she was promised.
Time went on, and Adrian took his gripe to the commander of the group, a literal King. They fought, in the eyes of Penny. She watched as her brother was thrown around, coming close to being defeated.
Adrian, like any hero in a tale, came out victorious. He gave the position of royalty to his sister, in order to pursue his love for magical arts.
And that's how Penny, a young 15 year old, became Queen. Which brings us back to the screaming 5'6 Queen in the middle of the library.
"Penny!" The other woman at the table kept her voice down, standing up to try and grab this screaming toddler.
Penny just stared at the woman. "Lilly! Maddelyn is being mean to me again!" Penny jumps backwards, as a flash of light momentarily blinds everyone looking, followed by a sudden pushing force, like a hundred cheetahs just came to a halt.
As the light fades from peoples eyes, and paper stops flying everywhere along with pretty much everything, they could find Penny being caught by the giant head of military. Lilly.
"What's all the fuss?" The 6'1 female spoke. Her long brunette hair slowly drifting back down, recovering from the recoil. Her clothing fit the part of formal military attire.
"Maddelyn is being mean to me! Teach her a lesson Lilly!" Penny kicked around, moving to make herself comfy enough to look at Lilly in the face.
"Uh-huh... This true Maddi?" Lilly nodded at Penny, before looking up. Maddelyn was under a pile of thrown around books. "Or should I wait for you not to be on break?"
"Penny!" The voice was not lowered any longer, this was a full on yell. The woman under the books, Maddelyn, broke out from under the pile. "How! Dare! You!" Maddelyn is the head of learning, but looks like she's the head of magic affairs. Her purple robe looked like a wizard of old's robes. "This is unladylike!" More shouting as she walks closer to the pair, anger in each step.
"Lilly~!" Penny moans, kicking her feet in the air.
Lilly just looks down at Penny, then up to Maddelyn, then back to Penny. "Alright kid. But you owe me." She put Penny down onto her feet, then stepped towards Maddelyn. Like waving a red flag at a bull.
She was crazy, confronting a woman who was ready to punch anyone into oblivion. Yet, she took the chance. Stepping to the right, Lilly danced around Maddelyn, wrapping an arm around the smaller female's waist and bringing her back, and holding on as she hangs from her arm.
This only got an equally as before angry stare from Maddelyn. "Lilly." She spoke.
"Yes, my sweetest?"
"Let go of me."
"No-" Lilly was cut short by a strong backhand.
Maddelyn dropped down to the ground, as the support was gone, but she was glad enough that Lilly wasn't touching her. "You're a horrible human, Lilly. I bet you steal men and women from relationships for a living." She dusted off her robe, only to grimace. "Great."
Lilly soon after gets herself up, cracking her disjointed jaw back into place. "Jeez, you been working out sweet ass? Doublin's got it too good if he has you." She chuckles.
"Shut!" Maddelyn barked, holding a hand up to Lilly. "You are, as I've said before, a horrible human being. Now pay attention, Penny is gone."
"Yo, so what? She can handle herself." Lilly shrugged. "I don't see why you need to baby the kid, she's not a teenager anymore."
"Missing the point like usual, Lilly." With that, Maddelyn walked off. Through the rubble of the library, in a quest to find where Penny went.
"Hey, whoa!" Lilly started to follow, though a second look at the mess she made brought her to a stop. She held up a hand, clicking her fingers. Instantly, the entire kingdom's first fleet has stormed in. "Clean this up boys. Use teamwork." Lilly casually ordered. As soon as that was done, she returned to chasing after Maddelyn.
"Even a queen needst be quiet in a library." The other returned, yet in a much more quiet tone. "You've been the Queen for a long time, Penny. But you still have yet to learn proper etiquette?"
